Air Medical Leadership Congress"Setting the Healthcare Agenda for the Air Medical Community" Dear Survey Participant, Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Average time to complete this survey is less than 10 minutes. There are four categories to the survey; (1) Safety, (2) Medical Care, (3) Cost/Benefit and (4) Regulatory/Compliance. It is not important that all four categories be filled out. Rather, complete those categories you feel are most important to you in your role as an air medical professional. In each category you choose to fill out, select three topics you feel are the most important issues facing the air medical community. The results from this industry survey will be used to determine the air medical industry's most important topics to be discussed at the Air Medical Leadership Congress; Setting the Healthcare Agenda for the Air Medical Community. This Congress will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah September 4-6, 2003.
